The Problem
Property developers and investors in Australia lacked data-driven tools to evaluate feasibility, manage projects, and make informed investment decisions. Existing tools were either too generic, too manual, or failed to leverage AI for predictive analysis.
My Role
As Senior Software Engineer, I own delivery of core platform initiatives across the full stack — backend, frontend, and AI services.
Key Contributions
- Financial Engines — Led technical planning and architecture for financial feasibility models, balancing performance, accuracy, and scalability
- AI Integration — Coordinated with AI engineers to integrate ML outputs into user-facing workflows, resolving data flow and latency challenges
- Platform Reliability — Improved reliability and performance through caching, containerization, and infrastructure planning
- Product Translation — Partnered with founders to translate ambiguous property investment requirements into executable technical milestones
